This message is brought to you by those who choose to publish our names and their allegations about us. As you might expect, we do not consider the allegations true however, because the person who chooses to publish the material does not provide opportunity for rebuttal, we will continue to publish analysis of their web site and their allegations. The person who publishes the content uses their business site to host the pages thereby revealing their name. It should be noted that this person publishes our names, the names of our children, as well as screen names associated with our selves and relatives. Please let the reader be aware, that we have asked the author to remove the content referenced below on at least two occasions. Perhaps it is an oversight, a page or two they forgot to delete or fix the content?

The page appears harmless unless you look at the source code. We have placed the source code on a site where you, the reader, can examine the content, of course we have provided attribution to the author on the site as well. The website page is here. This person has a history of 'harassing' those who displease him. We have observed various artists, site administrators, and site owners demeaned and maligned by him in various ways during the one year we have known him. He uses an approach similar to that of a bully. Makes accusations (not necessarily true), insists that he is correct and everyone else is wrong, and then makes threats to reduce or eliminate any rebuttals. He hides his allegations in alt image tags. This approach is purposeful and intended to cause the casual reader to wonder what all the 'fuss' is about. Reading the source code of the page reveals the intention and his desire to cause harm to others by damaging their reputation. His allegations are indexed by search engines and as you may realize, doing a Google on someone and finding allegations of theft, plagiarism, and copyright infringement can cause repercussions, even if the allegations are false. His approach, it seems, is to cause maximum reputation damage to others while appearing innocent. On his timeline page (referenced in the source code) he writes “For those that do not know the entire story or more than the extremely edited version the Repaskys spread then yes I sound like a very nasty person”. Our version of the 'story' is neither brief nor edited and his use of value laden words like 'spread' and 'extremely' are intended to influence the reader who is presented only one perspective on his pages. We will continue to analyze information published about us by others. We will continue to publicly expose behaviors that are intended to cause harm to us and our relatives. We believe our reputation and integrity are being challenged by someone who seems obsessed with 'harassing others' and that we have become one of his targets. We also believe that he and his associates monitor and scrutinize whatever we post on many sites. We have tested this belief and can provide proof (we setup a test and have the results) to anyone who asks. We can also provide statements made by the author of his intention to monitor our online activities. We appreciate their interest but find it a little creepy that there are those who watch us hoping to catch us in some error.

We hope their time is well spent in their challenge to fault us in some way suitable for their distorted perceptions. We feel that you are a web creep because you attempt to hide your allegations and have openly stated that you monitor us. Such obsession with the actions of others online is called online stalking, even if you claim otherwise, especially when one considers the publication of private information. Your history and past behaviors are indicators of intention and motivation and we realize that you are not likely to cease without some profound happening.

We are publishing this as a way to document your behavior and technique in defaming the reputation of us and others. As long as you continue to publish our names and screen names, so it is that we will publish our comments and rebuttals. As long as your pages appear in Google when we do a search for our names, we consider your publications about us:

1. An invasion of our privacy (publishing screen names)

2. Defaming, as your pages have no email address or contact information

3. Deceitful, as the page referenced above appears innocent yet it contains false allegations in the html for search engines

4. An intent to cause harm to our reputations and those of our relatives

5. An intent to cause harm to the reputations of people who are associated with us

6. Merit less other than to inflame others, and to harass and annoy us

We hope that the lawyers and detectives that you and your associates have mentioned to be working on litigation against us, find this publication of interest, especially the content you provide on your web page (mentioned above). It should be noted that not just us and our family are named in his page. You can find the names of others who are not related to us and in some cases they are people we do not even know, but because they reviewed our art, he feels it is acceptable to label them as thieves, plagiarists, and copyright infringers. Unfounded and false accusations are typical of bully behavior.

This last sentence references a comment we made about "Queen O Type Negative", a character the author began to use in his image narratives beginning this year (2007). We thought it was very interesting as Susan is Type O Negative. On the page he references above "timeline.html" is his perspective and his reasoning as to why he could not have gotten the idea from a publication Susan made of her blood type at some art sites in 2007. As expected, his statements do not consider the surveillance and research he performed to acquire the screen names in the list above. One of which posted the Type O Negative in September of 2006 to a website in Ireland. This posting date and his likely possession of it erodes the position he espouses and seems to make his statements about "fiction" and "truth deficient behavior" a self fulfilling prophesy. This interpretation is bolstered by the postings of an associate at a publicly visible fourm "being shown putting my foot up Queen oh so negatives oversized rear end ROFL". As the author states, the name is from "Sadaharu Oh (whose real name is Wang Chenchih)" who is now in his 60's with stomach cancer. It is easier to believe the reference is about Susan than Sadaharu Oh unless the comment was based upon some bias or prejudice toward a 60 years old Oriental suffering from stomach cancer. You the read can decide for yourself.
