Once upon a time, perhaps in our time, there lived a creature called BigFoot. During my many years in the Pacific Northwest, I never saw any BigFoots but I did see a lot of raccoons and slugs, lots of slugs in many colors including yellow and green. There was a special park I would go to on the coast and after a severe storm one year, many of the trees were blown over on the trail leading to the ocean. I imagined that some where nearby BigFoot had a cave. The cast of a foot print supposedly Bigfoot's was very wide, disproportionately so it seemed to me, especially compared to its small heel. Perhaps the broad foot was necessary to keep the creature erect in the soggy Northwest. Some people have broad feet as well. I wonder if it is hereditary?
Have you ever seen a baby put its foot in its mouth, or some adult put their foot in their mouth? Probably so, if you have been around for a while. Can you imagine putting a broad foot into your mouth? Maybe BigFoot should have been called BigMouth. Its all just words about things of non-sense. The imagination is a clever siren, coaxing us to follow some wispy thought into the canyons of potential. Perhaps one day you will come upon broad foot prints in the sands of what ever might be. It will be up to you to decide if it is real or just a thought. If you remember “Yellow Submarine”, the BigMouth sucked everything into itself. The sounds made by BigFoot are described as loud and animal like
One day a broad footed idiot choose to exclaim something special and well worn. It was funny at first, the little idiot had so many words and so little to say. A curiosity perhaps or a defect in nature. It will never be known as the little broad footed idiot tends to hide. Obscuring the view with alternate words. Afraid perhaps to revel his true self. It wasn't an accident that brought us here. We came to observe this place and the beings who wandered from place to place. Those who took their orders from the idiot found themselves often drowning in their own grief. Unable to move and beholden to the many words uttered. Every one knows that broad feet make it easier to run and hide.
